Multinational Military Sports and Shooting Competition

The Mil­i­tary Uni­ver­si­ty of Tech­nol­o­gy orga­nized the sec­ond edi­tion of Multi­na­tion­al Mil­i­tary Sports and Shoot­ing Games which took place from 7th to 10th May 2019 to cel­e­brate the 20th anniver­sary of Poland’s mem­ber­ship in the North Atlantic Treaty Orga­ni­za­tion, NATO. The rep­re­sen­ta­tives of mil­i­tary acad­e­mies and uni­ver­si­ties from Greece, Bel­gium, Roma­nia, Bul­gar­ia, Nether­lands, Roma­nia, Ukraine, Croa­t­ia and Poland par­tic­i­pat­ed in the fol­low­ing dis­ci­plines, some of which pre­ced­ed with the train­ing: Pneu­mat­ic Gun Shoot­ing, Ori­en­teer­ing, Mil­i­tary Obsta­cle Course, Cross Work­out Chal­lenge and Swim­ming. These events were pre­pared and con­duct­ed by Phys­i­cal Edu­ca­tion Depart­ment and sup­port­ed by Inter­na­tion­al Coop­er­a­tion Depart­ment. To enhance inter­op­er­abil­i­ty and improve inter­cul­tur­al com­pe­tences, three of five dis­ci­plines were con­duct­ed in multi­na­tion­al teams.
